Google Nexus 5 price slashed in India

According to the news pouring in, the price of Google Nexus 5 has been drastically brought down in India. The new price hasn’t been declared on the official website but if you want to buy the 16 GB version of Google Nexus 5 from an online retail shop, you will notice that from INR 30,000 + it has been brought down to around INR 24,000. Even the price of the 30 2GB variant has been brought down to around 32,000 from 35,000. These new prices are available on Flipkart as well as Amazon.in. In fact, on Flipkart one of the vendors seems to be offering the 16 GB Google Nexus 5 for as low as INR 19,000.

Google Nexus 5 comes from LG and it was released somewhere in the fag end of 2013. It weighs around 130 g and is around 8.6 mm thick. It runs on Android 5.0 and it can easily be upgraded to Android 6.0. Strangely it has no microSD card. The facing camera is 8 megapixels and the screen size is 4.95 inches. The CPU is quad core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 and it runs on the QUALCOMM MSM 8974 Snapdragon 800 chipset.
