On January 23, 2017, Xiaomi sold 250,000 Redmi Note 4 phones in just 10 minutes


On January 23, 2017 if you tried to purchase the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 phone from Flipkart and couldn’t buy it, you are not alone. The new Redmi Note 4 smartphones sold so fast that Xiaomi claims that the company sold 250,000 phones from Flipkart in just 10 minutes. It means the latest smartphones from Xiaomi sold like hotcakes  in just 10 minutes. Xiaomi says that it was the “biggest smartphone sale in the history” of India. The website says that the next sale will be on February 3, 2017, and it will start sharp at 12 PM noon. But this Huffington Post update says that the next sale is scheduled on January 30, 2017, so keep an eye on the various news websites to know exactly when the next sale is going to be in case you want to make sure you are able to purchase the phone. Aside from Flipkart, the Redmi Note 4 smartphone was also being sold from  Xiaomi’s official website.

The next one comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory and it costs Rs. 10,999. The least expensive one costs Rs. 9,999 and it comes with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory.
